• Special
Orders: If we do not stock an item, we will be happy to
special order it for you. We will quote you the cost of the item,
any shipping charges that may apply and the estimated time it will
take for the merchandise to arrive at Bellevue Art & Frame. If
you choose to place the order, we will require you to prepay for
that item. Special order items are not returnable and are non-refundable.
• Shipping and Ordering: We accept orders in person, by
fax, telephone and email and ship via UPS or FEDEX. All orders for shipping must
be paid in full prior to shipping
